Student Voice: Dreamlike Reality – Bhatsawit NUANLAONG, Kasetsart University, Thailand
Bhatsawit NUANLAONG from Kasetsart University, Thailand is participating in our exchange program for Spring 2024. We would like to introduce his experience at AIU.
Greetings. I am Bhatsawit Nuanlaong, an exchange student from Kasetsart University, Thailand.
This is my overall impression of being abroad for the first time.
I had dreamt of visiting a foreign country for a long time, but the country I had wanted to visit the most is Japan. Although there were many difficulties I have had to overcome in completing procedures and submitting documents, the outcome was truly worthwhile.
I have never regretted coming to AIU or Japan. I have greatly enjoyed everything this university and country has provided within these two months.
I am studying Japanese, enjoying scenery with a great atmosphere, and have been caring for myself more by trying new things to enhance my living skills such as cooking, exercising, and so on.
Join AIU Trips and Activities
However, one experience I would like to share is when I went on bus trips arranged by AIU. I spent time with my friends enjoying Sakura blossoms and eating lunch together at Kakunodate, and on a recent trip, I enjoyed myself strolling around and sightseeing at Roadside Station Kisakata.
I feel like my everlasting dreams have finally come true, and I will always wholeheartedly cherish these irreplaceable memories.
Not only do I enjoy the trips, but I also enjoy the activities here at AIU. I am studying Japanese in detail to understand more about this language’s nature and proper usage. I would like to enhance my language capability to increase my future occupational opportunities.
Enjoy Time to the Fullest
All thanks to everyone in AIU, they made my dreams come true.
I have met many friends from different countries all around the world, enjoyed beautiful scenery in Akita, and learnt more Japanese to expand my language capacity.
However, dreams will soon come to an end, so I have to make sure I spend the rest of my time here to the fullest.
